Method & limitations
The source defines what can be assessed.
Measurement accuracy and suitability require an agreed reference and validation. A DSM describes visible surfaces including vegetation and structures. A DTM requires identified and checked ground points; ground beneath canopies is not assumed visible. This scope does not replace regulated surveying requiring professional authorisation.
