RGB records visible surfaces; thermal imagery shows radiometric or visual information according to the sensor and export. Photogrammetry reconstructs geometry from overlapping photographs. Each method requires checks and can leave gaps. A DSM includes vegetation and objects; a DTM requires verified ground classification.
